Fitness Kids Nutrition

Children need to combine a healthy diet with exercise to stay healthy, so the Fitness Kids team help to make sense of healthy food by finding ways to incorporate good nutrition easily and effectively into their everyday lives.

Our combined exercise and nutrition programme can help the whole family as we can also provide advice to parents who wish to join with their children in a healthier lifestyle.

Fitness Kids helps children understand food and how it affects the way they look, move and feel, encouraging them to say yes to healthy food.

The Fitness Kids team also provide support between visits through our email advisory service enabling parents to be proactive as their child begins to respond to a new dietary regime.
