We are in a time where many children are getting fat and unfit simply by not doing any exercise. Whilst there are some children who enjoy getting out and running about, it does not appeal to all children! There are different ways of getting less interested kids doing active things.
One thing you can do as a parent is demonstrate good habits to your children. If you are seen to be enjoying active hobbies, such as playing a sport, going on walks, bike riding etc, it sets your children up for success. Make a family activity out of it!
