Fitness Activities We encourage physical activities that children really enjoy. In our initial visit we determine your child's needs and match activities to those that he or she really enjoys doing. Our coaches exercise together with the children and we're big on praise helping to quickly build confidence. Sometimes children have health issues and we are able to work closely with both parents and child to provide a level of exercise that will be comfortable and beneficial. Fitness Kids make getting fit enjoyable and we don't focus on weight-loss. Our aim is to encourage an appreciation for exercise using workouts that are safe, appropriate and fun.
