1. Get them outside
2. Encourage active playtime with friends and family members
3. Set up a “play date” at your house or in the park
4. Play games together, like tag, hide-and-seek, or hopscotch
5. Go for walks as a family before dinner time
6. Take turns being the leader of an obstacle course to encourage teamwork and cooperation among kids
7. Plan activities that involve physical activity such as playing music on instruments, doing yoga poses together, making healthy snacks from scratch (e.g., fruit kabobs), running around with water guns in hand to soak each other until they’re all wet and laughing hysterically about it!
8. Put away electronics for 30 minutes every day so you can focus on one another instead of screens; this is especially important when it comes to younger children who are still developing their attention span skills!
